In order to give our students the best foundation for working within the world of cookery we offer a four week residential cookery course which is multi-disciplinary. This course gives you all the skills you need to work in hotels to restaurants and from ski chalets to yachts. The beauty of this arrangement is the flexibility that it offers you. Being exposed to such a wide variety of skills and influences within a small and friendly learning environment will allow you to make an informed decision as to which area of the industry is perfect for you.
This intensive hands-on cookery course is ideal for both the interested amateur and the potential professional. During your stay at the cookery school you will enjoy developing your cooking skills and more importantly your confidence alongside a group of well motivated fellow students using a fully equipped purpose-built kitchen.
We take our students from a basic levels of cookery to advanced skills over the four week cookery course and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you will be turning out restaurant-quality food you can be proud of! Our students cook for an average of 6-7 hours a day which allows us to cover much more than you might expect from a one month course. At the end of the cookery course you will receive our highly respected course certificate and a letter of recommendation. We are also more than happy to give you help with your CV’s and put you in touch with contacts within the cookery industry.
