Gables Cookery School Case Studies

My name is Charlotte and I come from Somerset. When I left school I trained to be a hairdresser. I heard about the world of yachts so that's where my journey began and headed to Palma in Majorca. I landed a job on a motor yacht working as a cook/stewardess. I could cook basic meals, which I loved doing and wonted to go further with my skills. I heard of Gables school though friends and completed the 4 wk course in January 2008, which I loved. Now my cooking skills have grown and grown.

The course gave me the confidence to try different and new dishes and the family I worked for on the yacht loved it. I would do the course again and again. Fran and Chris are amazing people and made me feel very much at home. I came out of the course glowing and I would recommend the course to everyone.
