Course Duration:
10.00 am - 4.00 pm
Course Format:
Courses run from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm commencing with morning coffee and home made biscuits. This will be followed by a run through of the menu plan for the day and tuition for the selected dishes. Participants will then prepare and cook their dishes sampling as they go. A sit down meal will be served with wine and students will receive a selection of goodies to take home.
Fee:
£135.00 per head including all instruction, recipe booklet, food and wine with meal.
Payment:
Full payment on booking can be made by cheque, credit card or debit card.

We have accommodation available onsite on a first come first served basis for the majority of our students. Otherwise, students may elect to stay at accommodation offsite. There is a reduction in fee of £310 for non-residential students. There are a number of conveniently located pubs and hotels in the area that can offer accommodation such as:-
- The Huntsman Inn
- The Park Hotel
- The Gables Hotel
- Tortworth Court
Students enrolled on the four week course will also undertake the Royal Institute of Public Health Food Hygiene Certificate, the cost of which is included in the course fee.
Our four week courses (1) are designed to turn out high quality competent cooks. By the fourth week, students will be preparing food to the standard you would expect to find in a good restaurant.
Yacht / Ski Chalet cookery The four week course is ideal for yacht and ski chalet cookery. We have excellent ongoing links with ski chalet and yacht recruitment agencies.
(1) The first Monday of the Four Week Course starts at 11.00am.
A 10% deposit is payable on enrolment on any of the above courses. The balance of the course fee is due six weeks before the course commences.
