"Cotswold Chef" Rob Rees to be Guest Lecturer at The Gables School of Cookery

From January 2008, we will be delighted to welcome a special guest lecturer to our four-week cookery courses - acclaimed celebrity chef and food expert Rob Rees.

Getting Rob involved demonstrates that the school, established nearly 10 years ago, and boasting graduates who regularly secure top UK and international catering positions, is able to complement the demanding standards of one of the UK's top chefs.

Rob, chairman of the £1m Gloucestershire Health 4 Schools project, is one of the UK's leading chefs and food consultants. He is a passionate campaigner for a better British food culture, and will demonstrate his style and unique flair for cookery during the four week cookery courses. Courses at The Gables School of Cookery aren't just about ‘how to become a chef', but are also designed to help dedicated amateurs and professionals develop a distinctive style.

Our partnership with Rob will enable him to pass on to you his unique expertise and skills. The intensive, yet fun-filled, four-week cookery courses will be an especially attractive choice for you to consider.
