Our Italian cookery course will instruct you how to make some of the best traditional Italian meals. We believe that the most essential ingredients in the preparing and serving of food are enthusiasm, planning, care and fun. Like the Italians, we have a great passion for food and teaching coupled with enormous energy and dedication. Our aim is to pass this love of food onto our students.
On the Italian cookery course we will share with you the best ingredients you need to make the perfect dish. You will also learn what tools and techniques are best utilised to achieve authentic Italian cuisine. Samples of the recipes you will actually cook are:-

Italian Cookery Course - What to Expect
On arrival at 10.30 am on the Italian cooking course you will be given morning coffee and home made biscuits. This gives you the opportunity to get to know your fellow students before proceeding to our purpose built, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of working space for each student.
All participants on our one day courses are given a folder containing information about Italian cooking plus the recipes for the dishes you will be cooking on the day. Your hands on experience will then begin with the preparation and cooking of the meals outlined in the folder. You will cook lunch first.
After a well earned lunch break, it is back to the kitchen where you will receive further tuition before embarking on the preparation and cooking of your early dinner. You can then sit back and enjoy the results of your hard work with your fellow students. What a great day out - one not to be missed.
Our one day Italian Cookery Course generally finishes around 6 pm so you will still have time to share your experiences with your family and friends when you get home.
