Thai Cookery Course
This one day Thai cookery course will help you to appreciate the beautifully prepared fresh food that is an essential part of Thai cooking. Thai recipes incorporate the lovely fragrance of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves with the piquancy of brilliant red chillies and the brilliant flavours of coconut milk and fresh basil.
Our Thai cookery courses are ideal for students who have a basic to intermediate level of cookery skills and wish to explore the cooking of Thailand. After some tuition and demonstrations, you will prepare and cook a range of Thai dishes. These could include:-
- Kai Tort (crispy eggs with pork and prawn)
- Gaeng Keow Wahn Gai (green chicken curry)
- Yum Pla Foo (crisp fish salad with chilli lime dressing)
- Sticky Rice Custard.
Thai cookery is just one of our one day cooking courses.

Thai Cooking Course Itinerary
Your Thai cookery course starts at 10.30 with morning coffee and home made biscuits. This will give you the opportunity to meet with other students who will be sharing the lessons with you. During the morning you will be given a folder containing valuable information about Thai cookery plus the recipes you will cooking on the day. After preparation and cooking your Thai food, lunch will be served.
When the cookery course resumes in the afternoon you will receive further tuition before undertaking some more exciting Thai cuisine. What better way to finish the day than to share the food you have cooked with your fellow students.
